This cancellation policy applies to all furniture and home-related merchandise purchased from MODERN DOSAGE LLC online store within the United States, including chairs, tables, cabinets and matching accessories.
2. Item Condition & Packaging Requirements
Any item sent back must remain brand-new and unused. Original retail packaging, all included hardware and accessories must be complete and intact. You must repack goods using the original box or equivalent protective packaging to avoid transit damage.
3. Cancellation Timeframe & Shipping Responsibility
Orders can be canceled directly for a full refund before shipment, no product return is required.Once the order has been shipped, direct cancellation is not supported. You may submit a cancellation request within 14 days of receiving your merchandise for return processing.
Refunds for shipped orders will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.
We cover all return-related shipping expenses and supply free prepaid shipping labels for qualified cancellations.
